To ensure safe shipping, bikes arrive 85% assembled. You will need to install the front wheel, pedals, and handlebars. We provide all necessary tools and a step-by-step video guide.
What is your return policy for bicycles?
We offer a 30-day trial period. If you are not satisfied, you can return the bike in its original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply for bikes that show signs of significant wear.
How do I choose the right frame size?
Each product page includes a detailed size chart based on height and inseam measurements. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing down for more agility or sizing up for more stability.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the continental United States and Canada. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on your location and the weight of the bike.
What kind of warranty comes with my purchase?
All our frames come with a limited lifetime warranty. Components such as drivetrains, brakes, and suspension are covered by a 2-year manufacturer warranty against defects.
