At The Bike Shop, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn apparel and unridden bicycles. If your equipment isn't the perfect fit, we are here to help you get back on the trail as quickly as possible.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Your Gear
Carefully pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and any tools or manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned equipment for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
